[Mpc-discuss] hppa mpc-0.8.1 builds on hpux

I have successfully built mpc-0.8 and mpc-0.8.1 on hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20,
hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11 and hppa64-hp-hpux11.11.  mpc-0.8.1 is now in
debian testing but I don't know the build details.  I don't recall
exactly which gcc version used for the hpux builds, but it would be
either 4.3.3 or 4.4.2.  For the mpc-0.8.1 builds, I used gmp-4.3.1
and mpfr-2.4.2.
