I have tested MPC version 0.8 on WIndows Vista x64 in both DLL and static
library form and in both 32 and 64 bit mode. All tests pass for all
versions.
MPC was linked against MPIR 1.3.0 and the svn version of MPFR 2.4.x (which
is needed to remove MPFR's use of obsolete GMP/MPIR function calls).
