I noticed gcc51 was back up and ran mpc-0.8 tests there.

mips64el-unknown-linux-gnu
gcc-4.3.2    gmp-4.2.2    mpfr-2.3.2

All 57 tests passed

Please put mips64el-unknown-linux-gnu in the tertiary section for mpc-0.8 
and delete the "primary" entry for mpc-0.6 since this isn't really a 
mipsisa64-elf target.

Also, we got a "make check" success report for AIX.  There is a question of 
a libtool problem for building MPC, but the reporter was able to work around 
it.  And it's not clear to me whether it was "pilot error" or an actual 
problem.
