[Cado-nfs-discuss] Problem compiling with cygwin on windows

Unfortunately, no. I don't think MinGW will fare any better. Running in the
source folder gives the error "%1 is not a valid Win32 application", and
running in build folder gives "ImportError: No module named 'cadotask'". By
any chance, do you have precompiled windows x64 (or x86) binaries?
