[Cado-nfs-discuss] Program fails immediately after entering merging

Dear Terry,

A few months ago, Paul Zimmermann fixed this problem in commit
15f05df76266a46fde5. If you don't want to take the risk of updating your
local cado-nfs copy and losing your ongoing computation for some
unexpected incompatibility reason, you can just modify the file parameter
  parameters/factor/params.c170
and set the value of
  tasks.filter.maxlevel
to 30.

This is a local parameter to the merge step that should not interact
badly with the other parts of the computation.

Regards,
Pierrick

It looks like a "-maxlevel 40" was given but max level should be less than 32. May I ask for any suggestion to modify the code or otherwise?
