this was true before the 2.3.0 release. In cado-nfs 2.3.0, we decided to change
the default value to lim1/2 (or lim0/2 is sqside=0).
This new choice yields more duplicates, but sieving is faster, and in the end
it was faster in the experiments we did on RSA-120, RSA-130, RSA-140, RSA-155.
