The MPC release candidate builds and all tests pass for both the x64 DLL
and static library versions built with Visual Studio 2010 running on
WIndows 7 x64 (I have not tested win32 builds).  

Further details are:

MPIR: include 2.5.0, lib 2.5.0
MPFR: include 3.2.0-dev, lib 3.2.0-dev
MPC: include 1.0.0rc1, lib 1.0.0rc1
C compiler: Microsoft C++ (Version 160040219)
