[Mpc-discuss] MPC new function suggestions: clog10 and other C99-reserved functions

glibc has, as a GNU extension, the function clog10 (base-10 logarithm of 
complex number).  Perhaps MPC should have mpc_log10 similarly?

The following function names are reserved by C99 and C11 for possible 
future addition to the standard: cerf, cerfc, cexp2, cexpm1, clog10, 
clog1p, clog2, clgamma, ctgamma; all of these would seem to make sense for 
supporting in MPC; they are all well-defined for complex arguments.  (The 
corresponding real functions are already standard in C99 and C11 and 
supported by MPFR.)
