Summary: Bug in moeoFastNonDominatedSortingFitnessAssignment class
Resolution: Accepted
Group: 1.0-alpha
Category: ParadisEO-ix86-1.0-alpha

Initial Comment:
In class moeoFastNonDominatedSortingFitnessAssignment, a segmentation fault happens when there is exactly one individual per fitness rank.

In function mObjectives(), vector F has a size of popSize+1. The numbering begins with 1, so when there is one individual per rank, the F[counter].empty() test ends testing outside the vector.

This can be solved by beginning the rank numbering with 0, or increasing the size of vector F by 1.
