Dear user,

Indeed, the number of runners in your schema.xml should match exactly 
the number of processes
you enter as argument to mpiexec.
The time measuring problem is due to the high amount of time required to 
evaluate the population. Once,
you exceed 2147 seconds, the variable that stores the time exceeds its 
limits range, and therefore gives
erroneous results as noticed.
You will find attached a new version of eoTimeCounter.h that you can 
update in "path to paradiseo"/paradiseo-eo/src/utils.
