[Pharo-project] could we agree to remove caseOf: and caseOf:otherwise:

Yes I would like to know the answers :)
And also can we get rid of the inlining. 
Does opal support it?
I think that inlining just reserved to a really limited amount of case and caseOf: should not be part of it.
We should have a simpler compiler and spending energy and time on real point.
